Toweled off, donned Under Armor Turtle Neck and socks. Put shoes on at rack rather than have them already on bike.

Nothing, it was too cold to not take the extra time to put on some clothes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

First time, overall a good learning experience. Run can be faster with training. Can improve transitions. Missing a turn on the bike course didn't help.

Event comments:

Overall a great first triathlon experience. Terrible weather but well run event regardless. I thoroughly enjoyed the event and cannot wait for the next one.
