the water was sooooo choppy and raining and the boats on the water had really stong fumes that was making hard to take in deap breath. it was really bad weather for the start of the race.

not chase after the loose bouy

it was a tricky start because it was down hill but you had to take you bike down to the start.

push myself harder, i was alone for most of the race and without having anyone around to push me competitively i took it easier than i should have
