Comments: Good run. First water stop was probably half way through the 5k loop. I had expected another water stop at the beginning of the second loop...no such luck. So I needed some fluids long before I got back around to the first water stop. What would you do differently?: #(*&$&*^)) BE ON TIME!! (EARLY)!!! Post race
Warm down: Walked around, had some powerade and a bagel, water and choc chip cookies (2). Then just hung around and had more water. Watched the people come in. What limited your ability to perform faster: I think the lack of a second water stop when I came by really got in my head alittle bit. I got a little conservative. Event comments: As I was leaving I say that a water station had been set up at the turn off for the second loop. Oatmeal at home and coffee and water on the way to the race.
None. I was late AND had to URGENTLY go to a porta-potty. I pulled in the parking area, ran over to the check-in area, back to the car and then stood in line for the john. Once finished I run up to the start area.
