Pre-race routine:

woke up early and ate immediately, and began to down Gatorade. Got to the race about two hours before and picked up my number/packet. Finished chugging water before and began to warm up.

still need to improve my nutrition/overall fitness to avoid cramps toward the end of the race.

Course: It was a nicely balanced course with some decent hills. Being my first half marathon It definitely dragged on in the last 2 or 3 miles but I enjoyed the course.
