Comments: Shallow start did not know if I should walk or swim Transition 1
Comments: includes 1/4 mile run to trans area (assumming the run took me from 3-4 minutes that would mean that it took me 4-5 minutes to get shoes, helment and gloves on) What would you do differently?: Still need to bring down t1 time to 3 + minutes Bike
Comments: another 1/2 mph faster than last race. right leg cramp near end of ride What would you do differently?: additional bike and bike run bricks for next year Transition 2

Comments: some leg cramping at start of run as well at end of bike ride but was able to run thru them. could have kicked a bit sooner at end and broken 1:50:00 What would you do differently?: Need more running practice Post race
Warm down: Walked around drank water and had pizza What limited your ability to perform faster: Running leg Event comments: Run from swim to trans area long and muddy in places, expected they also ran a HIM the day before using same trans area plus t-storms all that week.
