Pre-race routine:

had toast and pb and tea at the house...then drove to meet Shari. Drove to the park and picked up the shirt and race number...666. Really? 666?? yes. yes. really. Well ok then!

walking and a bit of light stretching and jogging in place waiting for the port a pot line...

crowded start...walkers mingled with runners-so a bit hard to get out into open space.
What would you do differently?:

start further up in the line...started almost at the end of the pack due to long potty line

Event comments:

I didn't beat my time from last year and that was my goal...so I am disappointed with the outcome. I enjoyed the run and the day was beautiful..I just wish it would have been a little faster!
