Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4:30 after a terrible night sleep. On the 5th floor of the hotel felt like we were sleeping on I-95. alot of truth in the best nights sleep and most important is two nights before an event. Bagel, water, sipped on some G-2.
Event warmup:

the .5 mile walk to event start. good solid stretching.

Comments:

Seemed like everyone was honest with estimated finish times and were corralled well.
What would you do differently?:

Weasel my way forward in the corral as the start had 1/2 marathoners starting with the full.
Post race
Warm down:

Ate everything in sight. sipped water and gatorade

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lazy just about all winter. Minimal long runs

Event comments:

Excellent course. GREAT VOLS!!! Aide stations were a bit busy for the first 12.8 with 1/2 and full runners. Would Def. do this again in the future
