Over all I am very happy with the run. I ran further than I ever have in the past, at a pace that is better than most of my training runs. I didn't walk any of the hills or any of the course for that matter. I did walk the aid stations once I past the 5 mile point. I felt like I struggled to maintain a good pace once I made it up the first hill and that can be seen by my splits. I seemed to catch my second wind going up the Colvin hill and was really starting to pass a bunch of people. I was able to go sub 10 minutes for the last 2 miles as well.
Post race
Warm down:

Stretching, Bagels, and an Ice Bath when I got home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Fitness, weight.

Event comments:

This was a great race with awesome crowd support, especially in the Strathmore neighborhood, and Kirk park.
