Everything... I had just dumped my gear in the morning, so had to scramble for everything.

Great course, very nice views of Miami. Was actually very scared since a big storm seemed to be closing in as I was crossing the bridge.

Warm down:

Overall, with very little training, I did a better time than my previous sprint. So can't be too unhappy about it.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I did terrible in the transitions, I was so out of it that I didn't know what to do. On the run, I took it easy, since I've been having issues with my knee.
