Swim
  • 37m 58s
  • 1450 yards
  • 02m 37s / 100 yards
Comments:

This was my longest swim to date. Felt like it went on forever. I could/should have pushed harder.
Transition 1
  • 02m 34s
Bike
  • 1h 11m 25s
  • 20.6 miles
  • 17.31 mile/hr
Comments:

Not a great ride. I played some mental games with myself. The long course over 35 women were the last heat of everyone so it got very lonely out there, especially on the 2nd lap.
Transition 2
  • 02m 27s
Run
  • 56m 46s
  • 5 miles
  • 11m 21s  min/mile
Comments:

Slow. By the time I got off my bike I was in no mood for this run. I told my husband as I left T2, "This is not going to be pretty." Great attitude with 5 miles (the first one all uphill) ahead of you.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Mind games. As my longest race to that point, I learned some things that I needed to learn.

Event comments:

I'll be back to take this course on again!
