It was a little eerie starting off in dense fog and it warmed up pretty quick as the fog lifted.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing. This was planned to be a quick training run and I was shooting for 8:00 min/mile without hurting anything. Mission accomplished!

Event comments:

This will be a great race as word gets around. Nice venue and very well organized. There were a few snags, but otherwise the event went off great!
