Comments: Timing mat 1-200 yards from transition. Running barefoot on gravel and asphalt. Poor arrangement on race management's part. What would you do differently?: Go easy finishing swim to prepare for the long run to T1. Swim in top/procure 1-piece. Bike

Warm down: Water, sugars, food, pack and drive. Walked and stretched. Event comments: Good to go back to the alma mater. Post race drink supplies were questionable, event staff didn't seem to give the same attention/consideration to those finishing in the BOP third as to those in the front (who paid the same event fee).
