Swim
Comments: The swim is my worst section and needs the most improvement. What would you do differently?: Get more open water time in before the race. This spring has been cold and wet limiting the amount of outdoor training. I am signing up for private swimming lessons and will be doing 2 open water swims a week. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Work on stripping. That is a major factor in my transition time and learn the jump onto my bike. Bike

Comments: I had to go the bathroom and make a pit stop. killed my run time. Run
Comments: Fuck! What would you do differently?: hill repeats, hill repeats, hill repeats! Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: I was sick coming off an ear and throat infection. I definitely hadn't recovered before racing. I had to go to the bathroom on the run and wasted a good 3-4 minutes in the bathroom. Event comments: It is getting to crowded. Making the bike course clustered and cumbersome.
