Dried off inside poolhouse. Put on shirts, socks and untied running shoes. ran to bike, changed shoes, put on helmet, glasses and gloves.
What would you do differently?:

would have been faster drying off but was better to be warm for 1st tri!

Legs were very heavy. Felt like i was barely moving. As run progressed stretched out some but never felt comfortable.
What would you do differently?:

Must train for this more. Very foreign feeling.

1st Tri. Learned about passing in pool, T1 challenges and brick-legs when running. Very good experience.
