Pre-race routine:

Checked out all the ins and outs of transition. Ate a cliff bar and a Gu. Placed sneakers outside the pool for the long run to transition.

Got stuck behind a girl who was swimming the breatstroke for the entire swim. Don't know how she expected to do 6:15. Passed her after about the 150 mark
What would you do differently?:

It seems like everyone puts down an unreasonable time. I'll have to do the same. With all my problems I was faster than one guy who started 80 spots ahead of me.
