I had very bad knee pains leading up to the race, I figured since I paid for the race I might as well experience it. I had to run favoring my left leg trying to avoid bending my knee. This turned out to be a horrible idea as I could barely walk after the race.
What would you do differently?:

Not even attempt to run.

Warm down:

Met the Precision Health Group (who do awesome work btw) to check out my knee.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knee pains.

Event comments:

The swim was awesome, bike was cold and windy and the run for me was horrible. I tried to enjoy the Post Race Pizza but it was a little to greasey for me. Overall the race was well organized and enjoyable, I will enter this race again next year.
