What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was diagnosed with adult onset asthma 3 weeks before the event. I was putting in the time with my training program but not making very good progress. I thought it was seasonal allergies but I finally went to a specialist who diagnosed me with asthma. This explained a lot and hopefully I will do better next time.

Event comments:

I liked this race and it was close to home.
