Pre-race routine:

my start wasn't untill 11:00, so got up about 7:00, ate a bagel with peanut butter and a cup of yogurt, and coffee, went to the Aquatic Center and set up my transition

felt like I swam pretty good, I was about a minute faster than last year, but I really need to improve this.

I think I can be faster, but this went pretty well. noticed on the way out of T1 that I didn't have my pedals in the right position. Still had a fairly decent mount.
What would you do differently?:

make sure pedals are in the correct position.

I need to work harder on bike, I was lucky to only be a few seconds slower this year than last. I got a stitch while on the bike, first time that has ever happened, knew it was going to be a tough run.

slow putting shoes on, should have wiped feet off a little, ended up with a rock on top of one of my toes that rubbed a sore on it.

slow going out of t-2, cramping pretty well, managed to run about half way up the hill and had to walk, could not get rid of the stitch, didn't run well until about the last half mile. ended up walking a few times on the run.

I do't think I recovered as well this year as last after the Golden Leaf, was pretty fatigued the whole day.
