Not wear a wetsuit. It really only kept me warmer than what I would have normally been. I don't think they help me much performance-wise.

Not wear a wetsuit. Pick transition spot in a better area.

Event comments:

Had 1 volunteer let a car go through an intersection. Had to stop to let the car go through. The last mile downhill towards transition was pretty dangerous, but as long as you were in front of everyone it was fine ;-)
