Pre-race routine:

Wake 4.30 am for 7 am start. One bottle ensure, banana, juice.

Event warmup:

Comments:

Wheels came off last 10k again. Held back early on. Quads started to tighten at 16. Everything else felt great.
A PR by 11 sec, but didn't attain goal. Felt ready and good to go.

Muscular endurance? Pacing?

Warm down:

Light stretching, 6 hour car drive!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Quads - muscular endurance.

Event comments:

Fun race. Small, very well organized. My only request would be to have more than two massage therapists...
