Comments: Wheels came off last 10k again. Held back early on. Quads started to tighten at 16. Everything else felt great. A PR by 11 sec, but didn't attain goal. Felt ready and good to go. 6 x Gu's What would you do differently?: Muscular endurance? Pacing? Post race
