Pre-race routine:

Met at the Mall to take the bus out to the dam around 5:20. This was all very organized. The porta-potty set up was a little awkward but everyone was in/out pretty quick. Start was good.

Comments:

I struggled a lot with this race after mile 4. Just totally mental coupled with some humid and warm conditions. Pretty disappointed with my performance but still completed it. I will likely do it again next year.
What would you do differently?:

Different meal the night before, hydrated better and had some GU with me.

I think it is a fun race and well organized - it was just a terrible race for me this year!
