Comments: swim started rough, I had a really hard time sighting, everyone was really spread out wide on the course so it was hard to follow, initially, it felt hard to breath but I couldn't just face down swim much because it was hard to navigate What would you do differently?: use goggle-fog stuff, sight better Transition 1

Comments: The hills felt rough, I dropped my gu when I was trying to eat it on the first lap. I didn't go into aero-position much What would you do differently?: train more on hills, practice eating? Transition 2
