What would you do differently?:

Little difficulty with getting my right foot out on the dismount process. Unclipped the pedal and it took me some time to get it back in and then pull my foot out.

Not a lot of running lately. Need to work on the run.

Warm down:

Walked the finish line festival and then to the car. Drank mussel milk and some more water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to build the running mileage for the summer events.

Event comments:

The rain really changed this event. With all of the mud in the transition it was difficult to push during T1 &2. Overall really good event but large so it is difficult to pass on the bike segment on the narrower roads.
