Comments:

I didn't do enough hills or long runs before this which is probably why I missed my goal of sub 2hrs. However, I think this was overall a more difficult race than my last HM (San Diegito) and the stats show that I improved realative to the field of other runners.
What would you do differently?:

Train with more long runs and more hills.

Course: A couple of pretty big up hills. The one coming out of Del mar was actually worse than the up Torrey for some reason. Didn't like running down the cobblestones on Coast Blvd just before the finish at the Cove.
