Felt like I had a really good swim. Time was higher then what I expected. Some current on the way down, then tail current on the way back. Started on the far right of the buoy line.

Back started hurting again which made this a painful ride. Plus the hip started tightening up again. Should have been such a better bike. Love this course. Can be fast.

This is a really hill course for the 1st half. Hip was really tight and sore so didn't think I'd have a great run. Not to bad though. It was really hot by the time I got on the run.
