Comments:

All of the front-runners took my oxygen!

My average HR was 188, and I forgot to stop my monitor when I finished. 90 seconds after I finished (when I remembered), my HR was 155.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing much.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked a little, jogged back to my wife (cheering all of the people in between). She was pushing my son in a wheelchair for this. Took over pushing him to the finish.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not unhappy about today. Actually finished faster than I'd expected.

Nice goody bag and long-sleeve T-shirt.
