considering the lack of swimming i've had the past couple months, this was not a bad swim. The course was probably a bit short, which resulted in the faster time, but I did a pretty good job of finding some decent feet and sticking on the,.
What would you do differently?:

Get more swimming in. Other than that, getting a solid swim in the day before made a big difference!

not bad -- i wanted to average 190, and ended up with a norm of 180. The bike course was tough. Lots of wind heading out and the heat kind of zapped my energy. I know i probably could have pushed a bit more, but just didn't have it in me.
What would you do differently?:

I think the biggest thing i could do to improve would be spend more time at 60mi race pace--- this was my longest ride of the year so far, and i should have gotten a couple more in.

the run course was short, but actually this was a pretty good run for me. Took in good amounts of fludis, but the biggest saver for me was pouring cold water over my head. every time i would do this, it would give me an extra boost of energy!
