Comments: really got stuck in my singlet. Rookie mistake! What would you do differently?: wear my singlet to swim in. But, it was cold and I didnt want to be soaked on my ride. Next time I will suffer the cold to save the time! Bike

Hydrate and stretch 60-90 minutes before the race. Keep drinking water and pee. 30 min before race head to the pool and swim 5-7min of warm up. 15min prior... lineup!
2 days of light work before the event.... nothing the day before except stretching and relaxing muscles.
