actually got out of the gate fast and was doing well until kick filled right goggle. just couldn't get a seal on it after that. I tired too. just felt slow. neck was sore from accident too.
What would you do differently?:

plan the myrtle trip with the boys more than a week out! definitely took its toll on the whole race.

here's where the accident (five car pile up...totalled the van three days ago) felt it. aero and whiplash don't go together. really shouldnt have raced this after the getting rear ended. ( told the wife I was fine!) legs felt fine though. didn't really push it which showed on my avg. speed.

pump it harder up the hills.
