Comments: Nothing major to note. What would you do differently?: move a little faster Bike
Comments: goal was 21 MPH and under 2.40, hammered that last 15 miles or so to make sure I had 21+, I was able to build up to 21.5, but I was passed by about 10 riders early on, and never really saw anyone after that. What would you do differently?: guess I need to go even faster in order to compete. Trhy to start faster, push harder with the tailwind, move up the hills with a little more speed, pick up speed out of corners, etc. Transition 2

Comments: exactly what i wanted for the first 8, then the cramp messed things up...i really thought I would drop some 6.30's towards the end... What would you do differently?: take it a little easier on the bike would have made the run faser, but I was already slow on teh bike, so I'm not sure...maybe drink more on the bike to prevent cramps... Post race
