Comments: Went out slow and got faster. Very happy with my second half and the final four miles in particular. What would you do differently?: Really not much for a first effort. I was hoping to hit two hours and did just barely but I don't think I could have done much better even with different pacing. Post race
Warm down: Water, bananna, mix1 drink, soup, half a tuna rollup followed by a steam and shower at the Y. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not much. Event comments: The water stations were poorly run and one ran out of water. Other than that it was good. The post spread was great. Swag lacking but the shirt was nice. Up at the standard 4:30AM. PBJ on oat bread. Small coffee, some crasins, Starbucks granola bar that was awesome. Vitamin Water and a 24ox water.
Did double my normal stretch at the Y and felt great.
