Started very fast (1:15), then struggled with breathing. Would probably try to pace myself better at the start (though I was way out in front on my heat.)

Did better than I thought I would. Concerned about high HR compared to my typical bike, but still had a fair amount In the tank at the end

Better early pace would have probably added .1-.2 miles. Also could have started kick at 5 min left instead of three
