Didn't train. Hadn't run since Thanksgiving. Wanted to see if I could do 8 minute miles for that long. Was basically successful.
What would you do differently?:

Train. Figure out the appropriate pace.

They screwed up the turnaround, so it was only 11.6 miles. Pretty bad screwup.
