Comments: felt good - 8:00 pace thru entire run. steady at end- had to pick up last mile to make final pace. wore: zoot compress socks - cwx shorts, craft ls and craft vest (due to wind) and hat. brooks gloves. What would you do differently?: cramped - side stich at mile 10 after taking race supplied gel - stick to hammer or cliff gel. (race supplied power bar gel) Post race
Warm down: general leg stretches What limited your ability to perform faster: overall fitness needs to be better - loose those next 5 lbs. Event comments: great volunteers - high school and college runners. great location. course good until miles 10-12 where it meanders through some neighborhoods - otherwise a very good race.
