Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 3:30am ate some oatmeal and left the house at 4:30am. Arrived at the race site about 6:10am. Did not have time to do much after setting up and getting marked

I was happy with the swim since it has been over 4 weeks since I did a swim other than yesterday which I did 650yds.

T1 was ok, It could have been faster, but the run from the beach to T1 did me in.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing really except get into better shape where the run to T1 will not take a toll and also run out with the bike since I can rest a little on the bike when I get going.

Need to focus on the running more and trying to stay injury free.

Training. I have been off for about 5 weeks due to back.

Race was really fun and I look forward to doing it again next year and knocking off atleast 30minutes on my time.
