Comments: Loved catching the sunrise at the top of the first bridge about a mile and a half into the race. Great community support, lots of people out cheering everyone along. Enjoyed the neighborhoods and scenery. The last bridge was a huge test of endurance and mental toughness. What would you do differently?: Lose 10 pounds. Goal for next time: under 2 hours! Post race
Warm down: Waded in the ocean. Wonderful cool down and felt really great to my legs.
