Had a flat tire about 3 miles into to ride. Took over 10 minutes to fix. Need to get faster on the tire change.

Should have been faster on the transition. But with the tire change time I knew that I was out of it so I was just intrestied in finishing, not worried much about time.

Was running well, I knew my run time would be slow, I have not been running well, however, I started having back problems about half way through. I ended up walking about 1 mile of the course. which brought my time down by several minutes.

T1 -- Slow, need to work on it, and speed it up
Bike -- Need to work on bike, increase speed, and also not have a flat
T2 -- Slow - speed it up
Run Speed up, work on running, and lower weight will help in all areas
