Comments: Because transition closed early I was rushed and forgot to put a bottle on my bike. NO water on the entire course hurt my run. Transition 2

Comments: Shins were cramped on the first two laps. Pretty sure this is because of the lack of water on the bike. What would you do differently?: Drink water on the bike. Post race
