Comments: Put socks and shoes on outside pool before run to transition, so this doesn't include socks, but does include shoe change. Bike
Comments: Found the bike really hard. Just felt horrible for all but the last couple of miles. Broke spoke on back wheel 3miles in, so spent most of the bike worrying I was going to buckle the wheel. What would you do differently?: Get my cadence better. I think it was too low. Transition 2
Comments: All the bikes had been re-racked in the wrong places, so had to squeeze it in. Made it a bit of a challenge. Run
Comments: Felt really good on the run. Quads were a little achey to start, but loosened off really well. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
