Pre-race routine:

the night before I had a nice big pasta dinner. then i got everything packed, and went to bed early
Event warmup:

arrived about an hour before start and took a nice jog down the first stretch of the run. got the heart pumping pretty good!

Warm down:

after the finish, i ate 2 bananas the jumped into the ocean for a cool swim.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not enough training, and my organization

would reccommed this race to anyone wanting to race in paradise!

Course: very beautiful course with amazing views. started with a good climb on pavement to warm your legs up, then transitioned to dirt for the remainder with some nice downhills and good climbs.
