Comments:

Swim was last, leg was cramping and I couldn't kick at all. Every time I tried to kick I had visions of the cramp setting in and a lifeguard having to pull me out.
What would you do differently?:

I'm wondering if more fluid on the bike would have helped alleviate cramps?
