Slow transition putting on gloves, shoes etc. Never intended to rush as wasn't going to make much difference.

Was in quite a lot of pain on the bike. Back and shoulders were being tortured. Need to work on this

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Overall endurance was lacking towards the end. Some back pain made both cycle and run more challenging although probably didn't interfere with performance that much

Event comments:

Not enough drink stations on run and none on bike. Well organised although swim route got confused after race briefing.
