Swim
  • 09m 39s
  • 500 meters
  • 01m 56s / 100 meters
Comments:

Navigation and speed was good -- couldn't get into a good breathing pattern/was breathing every stroke opposed to every 3.
Transition 1
  • 02m 16s
Comments:

On mount line guy right in front of me dropped his shoe off bike just as I was getting on, had to swerve to avoid and then regain balance.
Bike
  • 47m 48s
  • 22 kms
  • 27.62 km/hr
Comments:

Had a hard time catching my breath (been having this problem for a couple weeks prior to race), made rolling hills harder than they should have been. Large hill was good.
Transition 2
  • 02m 9s
What would you do differently?:

Seriously need to learn how to tie my shoes... Every race I have this problem.
Run
  • 29m 41s
  • 5 kms
  • 05m 56s  min/km
Comments:

Could have pushed myself to get sub 25, but I have been having knee problems for the past month and was wary to have a blow-out.
What would you do differently?:

Run faster when my knee doesn't hurt.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around, got food.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Scared to have a knee blow-out.

Event comments:

Great race, professionally organized with live timing. Fun atmosphere.
