What would you do differently?:

Try to relax more. The idea of sharing a lane made me nervous because I kept thinking I was going to run into the other person in the lane. Next time need to relax and remember my breathing and technique.

Felt like I had a good bike although my time really didn't reflect it. Had trouble clipping in to pedals at beginning of bike segment.
What would you do differently?:

Work on leaving bike shoes on bike and slip in to shoes as I'm riding.
