Ate two toasts with Nutella and drank water. Had diarrhea before the race and upset stomach.

Comments:

Started well. Felt good until the last part of the race where my left ankle was hurting and my quads were heavy. Pushed hard at the end. I'm happy with my time because I didn't run more than 7.5 miles.
