Comments: The run went good, It a PR which is always AWESOME. my goal was sub 24 min mark and i did that and some which made me feel even better. What would you do differently?: nothing much, maybe little more water in before the race, but i felt great out there so I think it worked good. Post race
Warm down: stretched some, the got some snack and water to eat. What limited your ability to perform faster: my sore legs i been trying to relive, but again it was a PR so happy either way. Event comments: It was good and ran well for the first year. wished i could of burned more of the fuel i had left towards the end, but didn't want to do anymore damage to the legs. Did everything I would normally do in the am. I had the same thing to eat and drink as I did for all my races I did last year.
I did some stretching and light jogging to loosing up my legs that have been sore. I was lucky to have them feeling very good and loose this morning. Made my morning that much better.
