my transition was a bunch of stuff, could have been more minimalistic.

This is where I got screwed. Had to walk about a mile around mile 4. Started getting light headed, chills, and wasn't sweating. Knew I was dehydrated. Walked to and through a water stand, and got a wet towel on me, and managed to trample the last mile or so into the finish. Not pretty.
What would you do differently?:

drink a lot more water on the bike, only went through one bottle, had two.

Warm down:

get me on a bench and feed me water! couldn't stand up for a bit. I was very close to passing out, glad I didn't!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

dehydration.
