Warm down: talked with friends. Went to daughter's fencing class. Ate double whopper with cheese, medium coke and fries. What limited your ability to perform faster: Overall fitness only. Awoke at 5:15 AM (7:30 AM race time). At 1 egg scrambled in butter with a cup of coffee with half and half. A bit later large smoothie with entire big can of pineapple, some guacamole, and some almond butter. Second cup of coffee while getting dressed.
Got there a little early. Shed long sleeve cotton race shirt just before start. Ran in shorts and nylon shirt. Ate some dried cherries.
Not much. A few jumping jacks.
