Got up and ate my usual peanut butter sandwich and had a bananas.
Event warmup:

Just tried to stay warm. We had to walk about 20 minutes to get there. Did some dynamic stretching and tried to stay warm.

Great race. I have been to this race for years and volunteered most of the years. Glad I finally had a chance to do the race this year.
