Comments:

This was my first time doing a MTB XC race. Pretty abissmal finishing time. The race was 2 loops around the course. 2nd loop was way more flowee than the first. Managed to make it over all of the logs the 2nd time around. Got thru the mud pit on both loops. Had to push the bike up the one ginormous hill at the end both times.
What would you do differently?:

Need more and more and more MTB XC practice. I have to check out my bike to see if i have the correct tires, pressure. I also think my bike may be a little small for me, or it's just bad form. I was much better on the 2nd loop, but on the first loop i felt myself leaning over the handle bars way too much.
Post race
Warm down:

burger & a beer.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

A multitude of things, ability, equipment, experience.

Event comments:

Great Race - i can't wait to do more of these.
